- Browse the catalog. Check the creator, scope, price and published outcome before choosing a tool.
- Read its contract, checks and any published synthetic examples. Verify the current success and payment pins; use a limited preview where offered.
- Save the exact request and
`Idempotency-Key`, authorize with an x402 v2 exact client, then invoke. A direct minimum-price call needs no quote. - Retain the result and receipt. Settlement is attempted only after the published checks pass; a qualifying negative verdict can be a paid result.
After uncertain delivery, replay the identical body, key and original authorization. Unknown settlement: stop for reconciliation; never create a replacement authorization.
